YOUR GUIDE INTO THE WILD

A lion resting in the tall grass of an African savanna with scattered acacia trees.

When the wilderness calls, it's never quiet. It's loud, and it demands to be heard. That’s exactly how Wild Zululand was born, nature’s call to trade heels for safari boots, and a courtroom for a camera. And just like that, a new adventure began in Zululand. Out of that adventure grew something we are deeply passionate about, a digital publication and online platform dedicated to celebrating wildlife, including the Big 5, wild places, and the people who love them. We share wildlife stories, breathtaking photography, safari lodge experiences, and adventures. Not just our own, but yours too. Because the wild doesn't belong to just one voice.

At the heart of Wild Zululand is our spirit animal, the African wild dog (Lycaon pictus), which we are utterly obsessed with. Fiercely determined, deeply loyal, and strongest when working together, the African wild dog embodies exactly how we operate. We collaborate with lodges, tour operators, and local photographers to showcase the very best of the African wilderness. Our goal is to boost tourism and help these partners grow their brands through advertising, content creation, and social media strategy and management. We strive to keep the spirit of the wild alive, one story, one image, and one journey at a time. Yours belongs here too.

"Africa has her mysteries, and even a wise man cannot understand them. But a wise man respects them".
